I am a new fan. Fell in love with you when I saw The Hunting Party on TV, and have been collecting your films ever since. You were awesome, in Women in Love! You should have won the BAFTA, and the Oscar, Golden Globe, and every award there is, and should have be knighted: Sir Oliver Reed. Even now, you are gaining new fans, every day, including me. Rest in peace. You've earned it. With Love and Admiration, Roberta

To the best actor who ever lived ( Ollie ). I love all his films that I have seen and still dying to see the rest!! I took to Ollie as young child after watching Oliver & The Jokers as I grew up I learnt much about his acting career, love of life, philosophy, music & his own personal life. I look up to him as a person that wanted to live his life the way everyone should! ( the way they want to! ) I finished reading Evil spirits earlier this year and can't wait to get my hand on a copy of Reed all about me :-) The up most respect for for his patriotic traits. Can't wait to the Wimbledon 8 hopefully this July/August ( homage ) I always wonder what if I had, Had the chance to meet him :-( One day hope to set my eyes on Broome Hall. Really not happy with what has happened to the building seems like Ollie was one of very few to vision the restoration of British heritage!! Hopefully one day maybe me ( if i were to be so lucky ) or someone actually did buy it back & restore it to it's former glory! Respect to Ollies family and the man larger than life who should of been knighted Mr Robert Oliver Reed AKA ( Mr England )

Back in the late 1980's my then fiance (now ex-wife) lived in Reigate, Surrey. She came home one day absolutely bristling with rage. She had just filled up at the petrol station in Merstham and, having paid, was walking back to her car when Oliver Reed emerged from his vehicle at the adjacent pump. He took one look at her and said "My God, you've got big tits"! For once in her life she was lost for words, jumped in her car and sped off home. I couldn't stop laughing when she told me, which didn't help. I raise my glass to you Oliver - one hell of a bloke. What we do in life echoes in eternity.

Just got back from Malta to commenerate the 10th Anniversary of the great mans early demise. Had a wonderful day in The PUB to salute a true British legend. Pay it a visit to keep the shrine alive.
